192 Nov, 2016 A 45-year-old African American female with a past medical history of bilateral reduction mammoplasty at age 27 had a recent routine mammogram showing new linear calcifications at the 11 o'clock region of the right breast. Magnification and true lateral views confirm the initial mammogram findings. Subsequent stereotactic core biopsy and histologic analysis was performed. Serum immunofixation shows free Lamda light chains; however, serum and urine immunoglobulin levels were all within normal range. What is your diagnosis?

178 Sept., 2015 A 56 year-old woman undergoing a recent exploratory laparotomy developed an acute change in mental status with right-sided hemiparesis. The patient’s blood pressure exceeded 200/100. 177 Aug. 2015 An 85-year-old woman, with a history of aortic dissection and mitral valve replacement, was found to have a large extra-vascular chamber adjacent to the right pulmonary artery, at the level of the aortic root, with high velocity Doppler flow on cardiac echo. 176 July 2015 A 21-year old male presents to the Emergency Department with a 10-day history of bitemporal headache and neck spasm associated with photophobia, nausea, and vomiting. A CT scan of the head a follow up MRI of the brain with and without intravenous contrast was obtained.
