Morristown Medical Center, Atlantic Health System

A 63-year-old female with a history of diabetes mellitus, hyperparathyroidism, nephrolithiasis and obstructive uropathy underwent a recent ureteroscopic laser lithotripsy and presented with persistent right flank pain and gram negative sepsis. An ultrasound and noncontrast CT were obtained. What is your diagnosis?
