The RSNJ RADPAC is a general purpose Political Action Committee whose mission is to positively impact the current and future practice of radiology in New Jersey by supporting the legislative and policy agendas of the Radiological Society of New Jersey. The RSNJ RADPAC is the voice of radiology representing the legislative and political issues that impact the medical practice of Radiology in New Jersey.
Contributions to the RSNJ RAD PAC are not tax deductible for Federal Income Tax returns.
Contributions to the RSNJ RAD PAC are strictly voluntary. State law required political committees to report the name, mailing address, value or amount of the contribution, and date of all PAC contributions.
State law strictly prohibits:
(i) contributions made by corporations (Inc.) and/or labor organizations: and
(ii) anonymous contributions. Professional corporations (PCs) and professional associations (PAs) are permitted to contribute.
